M.N. Technology will produce and package cannabis for the purpose of wholesale distribution throughout the state of Minnesota. M.N. Technology will not sell any products directly to the consumer. All sales will be wholesale only to be used for adults over 21 years of age as legalized in Minnesota Bill HF100.
We’re proud to call Itasca County our home, this is where we're raising families and a community we love. We’re local and we intend to keep our project and partners as local as possible. M.N. Technology is currently working with local architects, general contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, accountants, legal counsel and other business partners for the construction of our cultivation facility. We even want our outside investors to be local. It’s deeply important to the team at M.N. Technology that we help grow other businesses in our community with the construction and ongoing operation of our business.
M.N. Technology is extremely excited for the opportunity to bring up to 70 full-time, high-paying jobs to Cohasset, MN and Itasca County in our first year of operation. The business will require 20 to 30 full-time staff members during the initial start-up phase of the operation with the team growing to 70 full-time team members after the completion of construction of the facility and start of production.
M.N. Technology pledges to strictly follow all environmental rules and regulations as detailed in Minnesota State Bill HF100 as well as any local rules and regulations. In addition, we intend to use the most state of the art production equipment to help offset any potential environmental impact. These efforts include but are not limited to, LED Lighting, water recycling, solar power, organic fertilizers and growing mediums, waste management, air filtration and HVAC systems.
From the beginning of this project, the team at M.N. Technology has been focused on bringing our business to the City of Cohasset, MN. We believe the Cohasset Industrial park is the ideal location for M.N. Technology to call home. The City of Cohasset leaders, including Mayor and the majority of the city council have been extremely supportive and welcoming to us and are very excited to see the project come to life in their city.
M.N. Technology will donate 2% of net profits annually to non-profit organizations within Cohasset, MN. In addition, M.N. Technology intends to be an engaged community member sponsoring local teams and events, clubs and organizations.
